My Business Model: “My Why”
I purchased my first home when I was 25. I found it on my own. I had no idea what I was doing there was no agent to guide me through the process. I felt lost and confused, but I knew I wanted to own a home so I stepped blindly into the process. Fortunately, the lender with whom I also had no relationship was a person of integrity, however, he did not education me on the process of purchasing. I closed on my home and paid for it like I paid for every other bill. I was scared and uneducated in the home buying process, but I was also excited about the fact that I did it. Since then I have purchased 7 other homes, I found them contacted an agent to represent me. Those agents wrote a contract and met me at the closing table, no education provided, no advice offered. I am big on education.. I want to help buyers and sellers have the home buying/selling experience of a life time. I bring to the table the ten years of working knowledge of the mortgage lending industry and great passion for the real estate market. I couple these two giftings to provide education and information to my clients. My end goal is for my buyers to be overjoyed about the showing process knowing that the home they have chosen is the right one for them and for my seller to know that they are in capable hands with a compassionate Realtorä who has their highest and best interest at heart. I focus on getting to know my clients and what’s important to them. I pay attention to the small changes in their likes and dislikes. I want them to provide raving reviews about the level of excellence in service they received from me, my team and my lending partners and finally I want them to become a perpetual source of referrals and to think of me first when they are ready to move up or down in the future.
